Verbs, Ltd. developed and wrote Service Capability Model documentation for Emerson Network Power global-based companies.

This assignment required close communication with Emerson Network Power companies located in China, England, Philippines, Ireland, Germany, Italy, and America.

This documentation helped guide Emerson Network Power Service divisions globally to conduct self-assessments and identify gaps to improve service consistency and business maturity.
